Predators Futsal Club – 2023/24 program 

July Clinic  

3rd, 4th, and 5th of July 9am – 2pm. Opened to all players aged 7 – 14. 

In addition to the fun, games and activities on offer, this clinic will include a heap of hidden learning to aid player development. Run by experienced and qualified coaches delivering futsal in a fun safe environment.

Term 3 training  

July – September. Selected representative squad training, also social player training program.  

Representative teams for term 3 include U12-14 boys and U13 girls. Players will train in their respective squads in preparation for the FQLD State Titles. Predators FC will only enter teams based on competency of each squad (expected standards required).  

The younger boys and girls will continue training, groups and teams will be formed based on player levels and ages. These groups are likely to continue in term 4 and represent Predators in competition and tournaments.  

Football QLD State Titles 

30th September – 2nd October, Nissan Arena, Nathan/Mt Gravatt. 

Competing ages for boys 12 years and up, girls 13 years and up. Younger players can play up in ages based on their ability.  

 Term 4 Training and competitions 

October – December, continuation of representative training, social training, competitions, and tournament.  

Training – An additional nights will be added to accommodate the extra numbers/teams. Players will continue to train 1 night only, but this may be on a different night.  

Competition – Futsal Brisbane Academy League. Sanctioned by Football QLD and played weekends at our home ground at Aspley SHS.  

Game days most Saturdays throughout the term (one or two weekends will have a bye). 

The competition will finish no later than the 10th of December (that includes finals).  

Tournament – Johnny Warren Cup (champion of champions) 

Played over the weekend of the 25th & 26th of November. There will be no clashes with the FBAL (Futsal Brisbane Academy League), this weekend is scheduled for a bye. 

This tournament is open to boys and girls aged 8 right through to 14 years. Predators FC plan to take as many competitive teams as possible.  

January 2024 

Training and Tournament - Several training camps/days (dates tba) will be held in preparation for the GCI – Gold Coast International. 

The GCI is one of the biggest futsal tournaments held in the southern hemisphere. This competition is open to all ages, U8 right through to seniors male and female. Predators will only enter our most competitive teams for this tournament.
