Predators Futsal Club – Terms and Conditions 

Note “the club” refers to Predators Futsal Club’s directors, coaching staff and administrators. 

Liability: 

• The club is not liable for any legal or financial costs associated with personal injury, death, or loss of property. Attendees take ownership and all responsibility of this upon entering our premises or representing the club elsewhere. Attendees and guardians understand that there are inherent risks associated with futsal and accept that accidents can occur, especially in contact sports like futsal.  

Refund Policy: 

• The club does not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at the club's discretion, with funds potentially allocated to other club products and services. 

Alcohol Policy: 

• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises (Aspley State High School, 651 Zillmere Rd, Aspley). Bringing or consuming alcohol can lead to immediate eviction from our premises.  

Behavioral Expectations: 

• Attendees are expected to behave appropriately. Any misconduct may result in expulsion from our programs without refund. 

Bullying Policy: 

• Bullying will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I agree to promote a safe and peaceful environment. 

Complaints and Queries: 

• Concerns regarding participants should be addressed via email, phone, or by prior appointment. They will not be handled before, during, or immediately after matches or training.
